Tasty Home Style Cooking:
In our 1m paella pans we cook gourmet fried potatoes stir-fried noodles and vegetable stir-fry. These dishes are delicious on their own or served with the casserole of the hour and a mixed salad. We vary the dishes on offer throughout the day the contents of which depend on availability of the best seasonal produce.
Locally baked cakes, a range of Fair trade teas, coffee, hot chocolate and organic juices compliment the experience.

For those all night parties a Food Groove breakfast is a must. For breakfast we cook organic free-range eggs with the best home cured bacon (in a dedicated pan) or for vegetarians a really tasty locally made ‘Soysage’ either being served in a bap or with mushrooms, beans and fried potatoes.  We also provide fresh fruit salad.

All meals are served in a 16oz biodegradable heavy weight paper plate or bowl with a wooden spoon or fork. The drink cups are of similar biodegradable material.
 

  Sample festival menu:

Pan fried potato with rosemary and garlic served with grated cheese or topped with:
      • Casserole of butterbean, mushroom and courgette in garlic and white wine sauce

      or

      • Vegetable goulash with sweet smoked paprika sauce

      • Green Thai vegetable and coconut curry (mild)

Additionally we serve stir-fry noodles, vegetables and a variety of salads and dressings, which include: coleslaw, mixed leaf, a yummy red cabbage, sultana and orange salad, apple waldorf, and tomato and basil.
