Most ingredients are locally sourced, organic, Fair trade, GM and additive free where possible. Fresh ingredients and low food miles, are an essential element when providing our mouth-watering dishes.

Conscious of our impact on the environment, the need to recycle and compost, all meals are served on biodegradable plates and bowls and eaten with wooden cutlery.  A ‘no trace’ policy ensures all sites are left clean and tidy with any waste materials stacked separately ready for composting or recycling.
 

 

The Food Groove believes cooking is an art and prepares dishes on site in giant 1m paella pans.
The sound of foot tapping music accompanies the cooks as they work to the groove producing a tantalising array of flavours.

 

 

Following years of work with other caterers at various events across the South West The Food Groove was born, with an emphasis on quality dishes, fun and good music. Our cooks are sought after and will conjure new dishes to whet the appetite.

All regular crew are trained in Food Hygiene and the HACCP system is used and monitored. We are members of the NMTF, are corgi gas certificated, PAT tested and registered with Teignbridge District Council and carry public liability insurance.
